Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the request falls under valid reasons such as receiving a damaged item, defective product, incorrect item, or incomplete package.
To be eligible for return approval, the product must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and must include all items originally received such as the box, tags, labels, protective covers, and accessories. Any missing element may affect the acceptance of the return.
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations, including personal care items, intimate wear, grooming products, consumables, and personalized or customized items. These categories follow industry-standard non-returnable rules.
Before approving the return request, customers must share photos or videos clearly showing the product condition, packaging, and issue. This verification step helps minimize misuse of the return policy and ensures fairness to all customers.
Once the request is validated, TS-Essential will arrange for a courier partner pickup from the customer’s address. Pickup schedules may vary depending on pincode serviceability and courier availability.
Return requests may be rejected if the product is found to be used, damaged due to customer handling, altered, missing original packaging, or returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale.
After the product is picked up, it undergoes a quality check (QC) at our warehouse. Refunds or replacements are initiated only after the product passes this quality inspection.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after QC approval. Depending on the payment method, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s account as per bank processing cycles.
Replacements are issued only when the same product and variant are available in stock. If a replacement cannot be provided, the refund will be automatically initiated.
All refunds will be credited strictly to the original mode of payment used during purchase, ensuring secure and traceable transactions.
